Silph Scope: You must defeat Giovanni beneath the Rocket Game corner in Celadon. When he leaves he will drop it. (to get under the Rocket Game corner walk up to one of the posters and press A.) With the Silph Scope you can now go to the Pokemon Tower and defeat the Mother Marowak to get the Poke Flute.
Poke Flute: You must first defeat the mother Marowak at the top of the Pokemon Tower in Lavender town. Then head up the stairs and defeat all of the Rockets. At the end of the Rockets will be an old man, Mr. Fuji. Talk to him and go to his house to get the Poke Flute.

In celadon city, go into the gamecorner and tak to the guy gaurding the poster. he will want to battle you. i think he has a lv 21 raticate and a lv 21 zubat. then you go in and fight a bunch of people until some one drops the lift key. use the lift key on the elavator and go to the 4th floor. there will be two people standing by a door. beat them and the door will unlock. givonia will be sitting down on his couch. talk to him and he will fight you. once you beat him, he runs away and drps the silph scope. hope you like it.
