first you must beat the elite four then go to pacifidlog town then go right then
find a way that you can fit in (in the upper part) then you will find a cave go to it then go to third floor then fight rayquaza u must have 10 timer balls and 30 ultra balls

then walahhhh yur very own rayquaza




(Note: you must have mach bike to go there or you will fall!)
