Secret - mirage island

how do i get to the island called mirage island and what pokemon do i need to have that has a certain effect that allows me to get the old man in pacifalog town to be able to see the island and what pokemon are on the island

I've been trying to get there too!
BUT
I'm back at the start of the game because of my little cousin started a new game and saved it thinking you could have more than one file..
I only have two gym badges now..
LOL.
& I had loads of lvl 100's..

i have tried it you need a pokemon that now how to do surf and waterfalls. the pokemon in their is latias,suicune and kyogre.

NOTE: the island is invisible im not telling you how to see it

ok so what you have to do is get a castform and a kecleon and put them in your party then talk to the guy in pacific lodge town and he will say "i can't see marage island today" so wait a full twenty four hours with those castfor and kecleon in your party and talk to him and he will say "i see marage island today" and all there is is a whole bunch of level 25-57 wynauts there and some rare items in the sand. ohh and before im done jahlan 9 is a liar the island is not invisible and there is no kyogre latias or suicune on the island its just wynauts thats it.
