you an find bagon if u hav the following HM:
Surf
Waterfall

you an find bagon at meteor falls

theres a waterfall, if u hav entered in the fallarbor town use waterfall there, then u
will see a cave.Enter the cave and u will see a a ladder go down
then, u go to the UPPER RIGHT SIDE it has an another ladder go up
then, u will see a two trainer the one is 2old woman/man and Dragon Tamer Nicolas
then, go down it has slide or whatever just jump on the RIGHT SIDE
then after that u will see a ladder again go down
then u will see water, surf there and u will see an another cave.
Enter that cave.
then surf a little u will see a pokeball it ontains Dragon Claw
then u will see bagon there
