you need too go to the sky pillar it is on route 135 go north till you see land
u need a mach bike to get the top of it.
rayquaza is on lvl.70 and is easy tocatch .
do not use masterball save masterbal for latios.

what happens if it kills you it disapeared

I am having a hard time doing it i actually killed it once thank goodness i saved phew.

BEAT E4 FIRST AND GO TO ROUTE 132(NOT 135!)AND EXPLORING THE CAVE UNTIL YOU EXIT FROM THE
CAVE.GO TO THE SKY PILLAR.GO UP TIL YOU FIND RAYQUAZA.DON'T USE MASTERBALL!CATCH IT WITH
OTHER BALL(MAYBE TIMER BALL/ULTRA BALL).ASLEEP/PARALIZE IT AND MAKE RAYQUAZA HP RED.AND
CATCH IT!(YOU CAN USE YOUR BALL IF RAYQUAZA FLY).

I'M CATCH RAYQUAZA WITH ONE POKEBALL.I ASLEEP HIM AND I USE FALSE SWIEP.

sky uppercut, blaze kick, doublekick and mirrormove

ill have to get some heart scales, thats a good moveset!
