i cant find a relicanth!! can u help me?

i really want a relicanth but i cant find one anywhere. can someone tell me where to find one?

For getting relicanth you should better take some good pokeball.In the pokedex they say they are rare but they are not completely.Go to sootopolis city and surf in the water.Go down till you see a sky blue colour water.dive there and search in the gr* under the water!if you are lucky you might get an relicanth!So try to lower its health and catch it!
