first cave in desert u have to go to the middle thetree steps to ur right and then go up
two after that u have to use strenth if it dosen't work then use rock smash that is how u
get regi rock. how to get regi steel first go to lilycove city then go past the gr*** then
u find it in the rain in a cave go to the middle again but this time use fly still in the
middle and it works. lastly go to root 105 u will go over the small bit of ground oh also
u have to use surf when uget in the cave go up to the front and stay there for 2 min it
may sound silly but its not u can only get them if u have beaten the elite 4 i hope it all
