firt catch a boy and girl pikachu at safary zone then take then to the daycare center then
run or ride your bike for a few min

run or ride bike for few min then the egg hatch then pichu comes

get it to FULL LOVE then level it up one more time (my pichu evolved at lvl37) to get it
to FULL LOVE feed it it's fav pokeblocks or use it in battle a lot of times

get a pikachu at the safri zone then go to the hunters h

go to route 115 and just go into wild battles
or go to the safiar zone and catch an egg
