Wallace is kind of a pain in the but to get to. first you have to have surf and dive to
get to him. His gym is in Sootopolis City. if you look at Hoenn map, there should be 4
isnalnds. Sootopolis will be the one with darker water surrounding it. You can't beat him
until you have either killed (of if you have a master ball) caught the legendary pokemon.
which one varies in emeral, ruby and saphire but getting to wallace is the same. To get to
sootopolis surf south from mossdeep. if you also go west in the process you should see
darker water around a white stone island. dive if in the righ area's and you should find
and inderwater tunnel. go up once in there and welcome to sootopolis. this is also the are
you fight the legendary. go to the left side and then up till you find steven. pretty much
smooth sailing from there. after you have been to the town you can get back there by
