Go to Oldale town and turn left right above of the pokemon center and in the patch of
grass right next to the water you should find one. i did and found 1 probably every 8 to
20 pokemon.

On route 103.

You get it in Ordale town. It doesn't matter anyway, since there is no dawn stone.

you can get a dawn stone in fire red then make a pokemon hold it then trade it to your
ruby
game

get female ralts then go to mauville and go to the daycare and put it with a male Pokemon
and you should get a male ralts.hope i helped
