I made them this morning. They're good. I did have a {small} prlbeom with the coconut oil.
It's nearly solid at room temperature, and i needed to heat it quite a bit to mix it
smoothly with the wet ingredients. I agree that "1 tablespoon sized amounts of cookie
batter" yielded quite a lot more than 12 cookies. Also, i think they need to be flattened
before you bake them. They don't spread very much at all. Nice overall. Thanks for sharing
