A good way to beat the elite4 is to get pretty strong pokemon. I used a lv.59 swampert
that knew earthquake, dig, ice beam, and surf, a lv.60 swellow that knew arial ace, wing
attack, endevear, and fly, a lv. 61 groudon that knew slash, earthquake fire blast, and
brick break, a lv.61 shiftry that knew faint attack, strength, sunny day, and sloarbeam, a
lv.62 castform that knew blizzard, fire blast, shadow ball, and thuderbolt, and finally a
lv.56 gyrados that knew dragon rage, surf, hydro pump, and dragon dance. Some of the moves
were taught by tms and hms. If you didn't start with mudkip that is fine too. Also if you
have saphire you can use kyoger. The elite4 is tough to beat. If you need to lv up pokemon
fast, use the mud slop technique. If you don't know it look at the walkthrough that is
listed on here. Once you get the pokemon and their lvs then either go through victoy road
or if you did go to the pokemon league. Get 30 or morereives and full resorts(if you feel
lucky you can get less). Once you enter the elite4 the first person you meet is the dark
pokemon lover. He has a mightyena lv.46 that knows sand-attack, roar, take down, and
crunch. I recconmend the groudon that knows brick break of a pokemon that knows a fighting
move. Then is shiftry. It is a lv.48 that knows fake out, swagger, double team, and
extrasensory. I reccomend swampert swellow and groudon. After that is cacturne that is a
lv.46. It knows cotton spore, needle arm, faint attack, and leech seed. I reccomend the
same pokemon. There is also a sharpedo lv.48 that knows swagger, slash, surf, and crunch.
I reccomend shiftry. Finally is absol lv.49. It knows snatch, arial ace, sword dance, and
slash. I reccomend groudon. Next is the ghost lover. I reccomend castform and shiftry for
all pokemon. She has a lv.48 dusklops that knows futer sight, curse, confuse ray, and
shadow punch. There is also another one lv.51. It knows confuse ray ice beam shadow ball
and earthquake. There are 2 banettes lv.49. One of them knows spite, will-o-wisp, shadow
ball, and faint attack. The other one knows toxic, skill swap, will-o-wisp, and faint
attack. Finally there is sableye. Just to let you know, it has no moves that are super
effective. It knows phychic, shadow ball, faint attack, and attract. Next is the ice
lover. There are 2 glalies lv.50 and lv.52. The lv.50 knows hail, light screen, ice beam,
and crunch. The other one has the same moves except for light screen. Instead it knows
shadow ball. There are also 2 sealos. They are both lv.52. One of them knows surf, ice
ball, hail, and body slam. The other one knows dive, attract hail and body slam. Finally
there is walrein lv.53. It knows surf, body slam, blizzard, and sheer cold(this move is a
1 hit KO no matter the type or lv). I reccomend castform and groudon for all
pokemon(becareful with groudon). Then there is the dragon lover. I reccomend swampert and
gyrados for all pokemon. First there is shelgon lv.52. It knows protect, crunch, rock
tomb, and dragon claw. Next is altaria lv.54. It knows dragon dance, dragonbreath, take
down, and refresh. Then there are 2 flygons lv.53. One of them knows dragonbreath, dig,
fly, and sandstorm. The other one knows dragonbreath, flamethrower, sand-attack, and
crunch. Finally there is salamence lv.55. It knows dragon claw, crunch, flamethrower, and
fly. And last but obviously not least there is steven. First there is a skarmory lv.57. It
knows toxic, steel wing, arial ace, and spikes. I reccomend castform and groudon. Next is
claydollv.55. It knows light screen, ancient power, reflect, and earthquake. You can use
any pokemon you want. Next is arrgon lv.56. It knows earthquake, thunder, dragon claw, and
solarbeam. I recconmend everyone but swellow. Then there is cradily lv.56. It knows
confuse ray, sludge bomb, acient power, and giga drain. I reccomend castform and groudon.
Next is armaldo lv.56. It knows slash, ancientpower, arial ace, and water pulse. I
reccomend swampert and gyrados. And finally there is metagross lv.58. It knows earthquake,
meteor mash, phychic, and hyper beam. I reccomend groudon and shiftry. This is only for
