Registeel/Regirock/Regice
What you need
-Access to route 133
-Pokemon that knows dive
-Pokemon that know surf
-Wailord
-Pokemon that knows dig
-Reilcanth
-Pokemon that knows fly
-Pokemon that knows rock smash
1.Go to route 133
2.In the middle of route 133 and you should find a small place that you can use the move
"dive".use Dive there.
3.Then go down and you should see on the wall,some dots.go in front of the dots and go up
4.You should be in the secret chamber now.Keep going up and you should see 3 pile of dots
together.
5.Then put Wailord in The back of your party and relicanth in the Front in the party.
6.Then use dig in the middle of the three piles of dots.the middle pile of dots will break
and create a door.go in there.
7.Now you should be in Sealeo Chamber.keep walking up in a STRINGHT line and you should
see another pile of three dots.press A in the middleof the three pile of dots.
8.it should say:"it sounded like a door faraway opened".
9.go to the desert near the 4th gym.At the bottom right there should be a cave.there
should be a entrance in the cave.
10.there should be ONE pile of dots on the top of the cave.go in front of the pile of dots
and go press lightly right 2 times and down 2 times,then use Strenght.
11.regirock should be there.catch it.(SAVE)
12.after you killed or caught Regirock,to to defond island.
13.after you go there,keep surfing up and you'll find another cave like the one in the
desert.go in the cave.
14.when you go there there should be another pile of dots.go in front of the dots and wait
2-3 mins and did it correctly the pile of dots should be gone and it should be replaced by
a entrance.
15.go deeper in the cave and you should be able to see and catch regice.:) good luck
16.now for regi steel go to route 120 which is by fortress city.
17.if you look around there should be a cave and there should be a entrance.go in the
center of the cave and use fly.
18.go get registeel

News:READ THIS!i didn't really try writing and check my work because when I wrote how to
get the Regis it took me 3 hours.no joke.anuways if you want dexoys I don't know how to
get him.i heard you need to go to the space place at mossdeep city.i don't know for sure
