This is how it works.
Fly to pacifidlog town. use surf on the right side of the town keep surfin but you have to be on the upper side of the stone walls, then surf past the two trainers.
Then you will see another way you can surf surf upp then you will see a cave enter the cave then get out of the cave on the other side then you will see a sky tower.
Enter it, use max repel if you have any then get on your mach bike then get to maximum speed and manuver around the cracked floors until you reach RAYQUAZA.
Save your game in front of him incase he destroys all your pokemon or your pokemon destroy him, battle him.
You must have 40 timer balls and 60 ultra balls use as many ultra balls as you can but if you dont catch him then it is timer ball in action and then BINGO you have got the strongest pokemon ever.
PS: You must have beaten the pokemon league.

To stop pokemon evolving simply press B repeatedly while your pokemon is evolving and viola! Your pokemon will stop evolving!

Throughout Hoenn, look for rectanguar marks on rocks and large trees.
When you create a secret base in these places and decorate it with poke-iteamsthat
you`ve collected.

Go to mt.pyre then go up the stairs and then go to the last floor of mt.pyre then when you get to the grass go there then catch it wild or by using sweet scent.

Glalie and Swampert provide good Ice and Water attacks. Solrock is good against Grass and with Sunny Day, Solarbeam dosen't have to take in sunlight. Manectrics Rain Dance means Thunder always hits, so he provides very strong electric attacks. Shiftry attacks Water and Rock Pokemon with Giga Drain while Shadow Ball kills the ghosts. Cut just finishes off the opponent and Double Team is good for longer battles.

Go in team aqua's base and look EVERYWHERE!

Fly to littleroot city and enter ur house.go to the first floor and click cheats,add gameshark and in the descroiption type items and type the following code if you have not taken the potion in your PC . then go to withraw items you will see 99 potions . If you withdraw all and deposit any item the top item will be 99 in number.

In Pokemon Contest houses, you may enter your Pokemon into a contest for a chance to win a medal. However if you enter without any Porok level ups, you will have a very low chance of winning. The way to raise this is to go out and find the trees with berries on them, then press A. You will then receive 1 to 4 berries. If you now go to a Pokemon House, you will see small gray machines on the right. The empty one on the top is for multi-player. For now, find a house in a city that only has a man at the bottom. Go to the other side of the machine and press A. You will then be asked to pick a Porok (berry) and throw it in. The spinner will come down and start moving. The objective is to press A just when the spinner hits your arrow:

Circle Within A Circle: Direct hit (much faster)
Circle: Near hit (slightly faster)
X: Miss (slower)
The faster you (and your opponent) get the spinner moving, the better. Once the meter at the top hits the end, it is over and the results and the fastest RPM the spinner was moving will appear. You will then receive a Blended Porok. The level of it depends on how fast you got the machine going. The average appears to be 11. Next, open your Special Items Pocket and go to your "Pez dispenser" type item (which you must have to play the game -- it is obtained from the girl in the first contest house). You will then pick a Blended Porok and feed it to a pet, making one of his Pokemon Contest stats (viewable in the Poke-Navi) go up. Some can even raise multiple stats. The more you do this, the better chance you have of winning.

It worked for me so it should work for you. I have latias and latios so I'm going to tell you how to catch them easily without a master ball. I caught both of them with a timer ball. What you do is get a wobbufet at level 31-35 and you will need alot of potions like max potion and hyper potion so your wobbufet doesn't die. Wobbufet has the ability for your opponent not to flee. Put it in first and when you encounter latias or latios, use mirror coat only once. It will bring it down to either yellow or red. After that don't attack her at all cause you know if you kill latias you won't be able to find her. There's only one in the whole game. But for in case if you are in the same area as she is, save it so if you do kill her just turn it off and back on and she will still be in the game. So as I was saying use mirror coat once and after that just keep on throwing timer balls at her but also use potions for wobbufet so he will stay alive. Keep on throwing timer balls and after a couple of turns you'll have latias.
P.S. Buy at least more than 50 timer balls

(Works for all Poke'mon games)To get good attacks for your Poke'mon is easy! All you have to do is train your poke'mon(weak or strong)is train them to an extra high level and they will have amazing attacks in no time.Just like my Roselia learned Grasswhistle.


P.S. Attacks may take a long time to learn but it's well worth it!
