In your first encounter with Kyogre, as he is moving towards you, press A and he will become shiny. He runs away but at your second encounter at The Cave of Origin, he will still be shiny and you can catch him.

Cheat is hard to do but did it i have proof i didnt know the shiny of kyorge be4 now i do its a pinkish-purple
