the anser


you gotta beat the elite 4 and then go to pacifilog town go east until you see an opining
go its twisted to go in then make sure you buy buy a bunch of timer and ultra balls and
you oly got 1 shot at this so dont screw it up!!!

You will need the Mach Bike to fully climb to the top of Sky Pillar.
