Yes if you check your pokenav you will see where it says to find feebas. What I want to know is HOW DO YOU CATCH IT!!! I've tried EVERYTHING!!!

Feebas only exist in 6 tiles out of over 400 in route 119!!!

If ur in the right tile, ur chances of encountering one is 3 out of 10 or about 30%

the guy that says "6 tiles out of over 400" is right but got the percentage wrong, the chances of getting it on the tile is 60% and using an old rod is better because it narrows the number of different pokemon you can get making it easier.
P.S. fish on each tile around 5 times
