How do I get to the last island to recieve dive?


How do I get to the last gym without having dive?There are rocks blocking the way. Also, where do I find team Aqua after I beat them at their base outside of Lilycove? Lastly, where do I find the stuff to get into the saffari zone?

1.there is no way to get to the last gym without using dive.
2.once you defeat them, i think you see them again whenever you go to find Kyogre.
3.go into a Pokemon Contest building, and in one of those contest places, there should be a child in one of them. The child will say "I have 2 of these, so you can have one of them." The child will give you a PokeBlock Case. Then you should be able to get into the Safari Zone.

1.YOU CANT, YOU HAVE TO BEET THE MOSSDEEP CITY GYM AND THE ROCKS THAT YOU SEE, THATS THE TOP OF SOOTOPOLIS CITY.
