OK first you need the mach bike and 50+ultrball 50+timer ball (rustboro pokemart only!)
and luck. Now you need to fly to Pacific Town or whatever its called . Then go to the
right of the town then surf and stick north to tthe rocks. When you pass sis and bro
swimming, you might notice a opening in the rocks. Go up then you will see a cave. Go in
and come out. Go in the tower.  Use Max Repels and get on the mach bike. Get to the top
and then you will see Rayquaza! Daa Daa Daaaaaaaaaa! Lol. SAVE GAME then battle. If you
want a shiny Rayquayza then save game in front of him then wait two hours. Anyway green
Rayquaza just battle. Ok now you have to attack him  till he ahs one HP left it would have
taken a long time  to do that so put him to sleep then use a Timer ball. It probably
worked but if not throw ultraballs at him like your attacking him with them. If you run
out of ultraballs use timer balls and you should have the strongest pokemon
ever!!!!!!!!!!
