i've done it all on my ruby and sapphire
the latias and EVEN TRIED latios
the 100th space launch
and all reliable sources say its not true

also the rumor was that it was DEOXYS

You dont need to level up Latios to level 67. Your spelling of Ho-oh is wrong. Mew, Deoxys and Celebi are only obtained in a Nintendo Event.
