Go to meteor falls then use surf and go up the waterfall and into the cave there is a ladder to go down. Go left then up. go up the ladder. Once up you will battle three people. Jump down the puddles until you reach the last one then go left and down a ladder.then surf up the path and go into the cave. Surf to the end of the path. There is a patch of land and that is where Bagon is. P.S. don't get the bagons on level 30 or over because it evolves on level 30.
