Get a lv 67 latias then got to moodseep and check how many succeesful launches there has been and when it reaches 67 you go to space and a rare pokemon will appear and might be dexoy's

find the scanner which is in the shipwreck
then give it to capt. stern and he will trade you the deepseascale or the deepseatooth choose eighther one and level up clamperl to lvl. 45
