Glitch - get deoxsy

talk to everyone on route 123 and someone will say " some strange event is happening at Mt. pyre, and go to grass, and use itemfinder and a weird glich will happen, and a pokeball will apear out of nowhere, and it will be a deoxsy

It's utterly impossible to get deoxys on pokémon ruby & saphire.
The only legendary pokémon you can get wihtout a gam shark are : Kyogre/Groudon, Rayquaza, Latias/Latios, Regice, Regirock, Registeel & Regigigas

I'm sure thats it. :P
