Secret - Get the National Desk

Requested by malabanan_ryan

First, get the Ruby and the Sapphire in Firered or Leafgreen. Then give them to Celio and you'll be able to link up with this game. Then link up between Sapphire and the game you gave the ruby and sapphire to Celio in. Then have a trade and voila! Your Pokedex has just been upgraded to the National Dex!

And wrong steps as well.

In FR and LG you need to collect 60 Kanto Pokemon and speak with Oak. He gives you the National Dex.

Getting the Sapphire and Ruby unlocks the path for Mewtwo.

In other words. Joel is right.
