Pokemon Sapphire Version Hints

To get a Shedinja, follow these easy steps:

Catch a Nincada in Route 116 near Rustboro.

Make sure you have a extra slot in your party. Also, you must have some Pokeballs if you have any.

Raise your Nincada to Level 20, it will evolve into a Ninjask. And, you got a Shedinja!

(If you dont have any extra space and/or Pokeballs, you're out of luck.)

And there you have it!

Well actually Jirachi requires an event or ar gs u recieve a wish tag and u put it on a rock on the island and Jiarachi appears to grant your wish

I found this awsome way to cut grass! First, go into the grass and then use cut on it... then POOF! The grass is gone! It can cut up to 9 grass spaces! It will be way easier than going through all of that other grass!

Well in saphire Groudon is hidden since u have no contact with Team Magma so the only way to get Groudon would be to trade with Pokemon Emerald,Ruby, or Pokemon leafgreen,firered if they have it
*NOTE pokemon leafgreen/firered do not have groudon unless the person who has it traded with ruby or emerald
SO Trade with RUBY or Emerald

Go to the sky pillar (in route 131). you most have a match bike to get this pokemon!!!
on the top you will find the pokemon. So dont use Master-Ball on Kyogre!!! use it on Rayqaza!

To get a wish tag you need either a gameshark or action replay code or the event

once you have the code you can get Jirachi on te island with the twin gym leaderstheres a white rock go up to it and talk to it it should say place tag on rock once you do Jirachi apears

Go to the bike placegit a mech bikeand go to the cave were you met stevego down the first latter and walk arond afenchaly you will see a mud slideride up it with the mech bick you'll see craces in the grondride over themat the end you'll see a lattergo down it and you will find something

Sidney-easier when you have earthquake,ice beam/any ice attacks.
he's pokemon faint easily if the pokemon you use have high lv. like lv 60+.
phoebe-easier with water and ice attacks like ice beam,hydro pump,surf,and blizzard.

glacia-her pokemon faint easily with earthquake of a high lv. pokemon.

drake-easier with ice attacks of high lv. pokemon like ice beam.

steven[champion]-easier when you choose swampert as starter pokemon because of water type.be prepared with his metagross because it has hyper beam.

hints:1.buy many max/hyper potions
2.buy antidotes incase you dont kill steven's skarmory and it uses toxic.
3.take swampert as a starter because he easily takes down most of the gymleader and e4.
4.level up your pokemon to the highest you can do.

After defeating d e4,look all over hoenn until you see him but you will need the ff:
1.trapinch-he prevents escape coz of its arena trap.you find him in the dessert.
2. wobbuffet-he also can prevent escape with shadow tag so you could just use him than trapinch.
3.timer balls-use it incase it becomes a long fight.find it in rusborto
4.ultra balls-just incase u run out of timer balls.
5.many hyper/max potions-just incase many pokemon faint.
6.high lv. trapinch or wobbuffet-they will get easily killed if they r weak.
7.patience-its gonna take a long time before u can catch him.
8.save-save after catching him


if u ask y i put this:latias hates fighting and fleds if u damage him so just quickly use timer/ultra ball before he gets away.

The first two have ghost pokemon 3rd one has ice type and 4th one has dragon type.the first 2 don't use fighting type attacks.3rd one don't use fire type pokemon like Blaziken unless it knows sky uppercut or double kick and use fighting type attacks.use dragon type attacks when versing the 4th guy.when versing the last guy water or fire type attacks

First, be sure to have a Pokemon who knows Rock Smash. Go to Dewford Town to the Granite Cave and smash a couple rocks inside and Nosepass should show up.

To help you win the game, start with Torchic. Catch whatever pokemon to help you.

When you reach Rustboro Gym, make sure you have a Combusken by then that knows Double Kick. Combusken can help you througfh other gyms such as Mauville, Petalburg, and maybe Mossdeep. (If you ask me, use a Golduck that knows Surf and a Lairon that knows Metal Claw against the Twin Leaders.)

You should have no problem defeating Team Aqua with Combusken/Blaziken. Dark types are weak against Fighting type, and the Carvahnas and Sharpedos don't know any water attacks.

And you should have a fairly easy time with the Elite four, just consider weaknesses and Resistances.

Overheat:Obtained By Beating 5th Gym in sapphire
Sky Uppercut:Learned at lvl 59
Blaze Kick:Learned at lvl 36
Fire Blast:Bought At Lilycove mall

These are the best move for anyone who has a Blaziken.
I had Ruby version(lost it :( )LVL 100 Blaziken man did it kick ass

These Moves Will get you through the pl (pokemon league) real quick and easy.
Sky Uppercut:It will take out pretty much every pokemon out in the first stage.Also useful for when Salamance (4th Stage dragon lvl )when he uses fly and cant get him.Useful for killing sealeo/walrein (3rd stage ice lvl)

Overheat:Will instanly kill shifrty cacturne and sometimes absol(1st Stage normal/water/grass).Good for Glalie (3rd stage ice).Might kill some of the ghost(2nd stage ghost).Some of steven's metal pokemon(5th stage metal) such as skarmory aggron and metagross.

Fire Blast:Kind of like Overheat,use it if Overheat runs out

Blaze Kick:Good for the dragons(4th stage dragon).

1 Get the acro bike, fly to rustboro city , and get like 50-60 timer balls
2 Get wobbafett that knows mirror coat that level 25 -30
3 Go to slateport city and and get about 50 of any repels
4 Go north and have wobbafett first in your team
5 See the patch of tall grass Use a repel, and by pressing and holding down B you will start to hop
6 Hop in the grass for about 20 seconds,and if you dont find it in 20 seconds, go into the cycliing road building
7 Repeat steps 1 though seven until latias or latios is found


Ps you have to have beaten the pokemon league

Beat Wattson first then get rockmash from the house next to Pokemart (the right one PINK HOUSE) then go Verdanburf town! there's a cave there and smash one of it! and ta-da past through! Oh yeah the guy he was going to give you an HM strength!

First go to LAVARIDGE TOWN then got to Route 112 then go down and run until you reach Route 111 and then go to dessert and use maxrepel the go down until you find a cave that have already a hole then go inside to the cave...and then go up and the press A button and press B button to cancel then turn to youre right and walk 3times and face down and walk 2times and use strenth and the cave will open and go inside again and prepare to battle ande to catch Regirock...

Such as Sableye, get a Machoke or Machamp and get it to know Forsight, then use any Fighting moves and it should be a successful hit!

U need to have rock smash to beat it. then wait untill the girl turns, then walk by. after that dont run into the guy 1!
then there is the guy 2. u can aviod him by taking the grass. then there is the the girl 2. then hiker 1.
the guy 1: sandshrew lvl. 17
the girl 1: shroomish lvl. 18
the guy 2: zigzagoon lvl. 18 & nuzleaf lvl. 18
the girl 2: tailow lvl. 18 (again) & lombre lvl. 18 (agian)
hiker 1: geodude lvl. 16 & geodude lvl. 16 & geodude lvl. 16 & geodude lvl. 16
hiker 2: numel lvl. 18 & machop lvl. 18

To obtain Raquaza in Sapphire, after defeating the Pokemon League, or the Elite Four, go to Pacifidlog town. From there go to the route to the right and scan along the top area for openings. When it's found you shall find an island with Sky Piller on top of it. You will definately need a mach bike to go over the cracked parts of the floor. When at the top of Sky Pillar, you should see Raquaza. Make sure to bring many poke balls and a strong pokemon that knows hypnosis. Weaken Raquaza the use hypnosis to make it much easier to catch. By the way, Raquaza is level 70.

If you want to hatch eggs faster, get a pokemon such as Magcargo (The one I use) or a pokemon who's special ability is "Flame body" or "Magma Armor". Put them at the front of your party, and the special ability's extra heat makes the egg hatch in half of the time. To make the effect even greater, go to the hot spring behind the pokemon center in the town where Flannery is the gym leader, the 5th one I think. (Sorry, forgot the name.)

When you have Nincada do the following:
1.Free a (or more) room/s in your party (party is where you will see the pokemon you are bringing)
2.Train your Nincada until it evolves to Ninjask
3.Check your party and there will be an (or more) extra pokemon/s called Shedinja depending of the free room of the party

Note: Shedinja is level 20 when Nincada evolves (if with free room) and have only 1hp (but this helped me a lot catching Kyogre)
It can only be hurt by attacks that are "super effective"

First beat elite 4,then do following:Get a Pokemon w/ dig, a wailord, and relicanth go 2 the place were the town is on docks sootopolis i think, then surf 2 right until u get 2 a place that is diveable, dive there and go until u find brale markings dive up from there then go 2 back wall w/ brale, use dig but be in middle part.A big whole will appear enter and go straight until u reach a big rock w/ brale on it k now this is ticky cause i cant remember exactly but on first try put wailord first then relicnth second then press "a" on brale then an earthquake should happen if not then put relicanth first then wailord it should say somethin about doors oppening far away
NOW LET THE HUNT BEGIN!!!!!!!!!!!
Regirock-go 2 the sandstorm place and go down untill u see a big rock surounded by little ones there is were he is go in, then go 2 the middle go to the right 3 steps then up 2 then use strength door will appear open save before or after u go in door dosent matter...
Registeel-go 2 the place were u fought the girl gym at that forest place then go right alittle then just trot all the way down the trail then u go 2 a big lake go a little bt further down and there is a staircase, take it go straight until find a man a treasure hunter beside another set of a big rock surrounded by little ones go in, go 2 middle and use fly door oprens
Regice-go 2 place were u fought fighting gym the second 1... go 2 the cave go around it and then go up until u see opening on right (by surfing) go in opening and go up until u see yet another set of a big rock surrounded by little 1s go in go 2 middle and wait 2 minutes it souns weird but this 1 is all about patience!

Beat sidney with blaziken: know a good fighting type move and it will take down all of his pokemon exept shiftry.on shiftry use flamethrower.

swampert: mud shot him goodbye.

syeptyle: not that good against him.

First you go to the place with the strong currents stay trowads the botttom eventually you will reach a spot where you can dive so dive swim to the spot with brail markings then surface then you go up to the last message in brail and use dig a door will open then go in and to the last brail marking there then you put waillord then reniclath as the order of your pokemon press and it should say something about a door opening far away then regirock is in the sandstorm place his in the rock surround by rocks go in the go the middle then take 3 steps right 2 up and use strenght a door opens and regirock is there then cath him then between livcove and fortree you look for someone searching for ruins and right above him is the cave with regi steel go in go to the middle use fly door opens and go in chatch him then for registeel go to dewford the go int the water head up stay next to the rocks until you reach an island that you walk to other side of and be on the other side of the rocks then swim up to you reach a cave surrond by rocks then I have heard multiple answers one go up to middle use fly also I have heard that wait a few minutes in the middle or go all the way up and to the middle of the braile markings wait a 2-3 minutes then run a lap I have not tried that one so I think that is the answer
