If you are at the Cave of Origin in Sootopolis City, then the Aqua Hideout must have
already been cleared.

Make sure that you have the correct Orb in your possession (The Blue Orb). Talk to the old
couple at the summit at Mt. Pyre to obtain the orb. Then, the guy blocking the cave will
move.

Nevele is right, if you want to p*** the old guy blocking the cave of origin, you should
be finding the Aqua hideout first
