relicanth
how the hell do i get a relicanth in pokemon sapphire on gba.plz i've been lokking for it a long time.

Dive
Relicanth are found in the seaweed patches underwater in some of the Dive Spots outside of
Sootopolis City.
Relicanth are somewhat rare, so be patient.

Hmm. You must be lucky then. Congratulations.
I think I read somewhere that Relicanth appears only 5% of the time, but I could be wrong.

sootopolis it is towads the bootom there is a small dive spot
use dive there and there is alot of underwater gr*** if its not the pokemon kill/catch and
swim around under until u find it iv gotten 3 pokes here...clamperl,relicanth and chinchou
if u find clamp or chin reli is nearby
