you find the 6th gym to the right of the pokemon day care centre i hope this works!
p.s the gym leader uses eletric pokemon you should use water pokemon like tentacool and
wailmer.

and the 6th gym is in petalburg city but don't head head there until you've beaten the 5th

in the 3rd gym you should use psychic type pokemon


find a ralts and level it up until it evolve's into kirlia

Beat Norman,then talk to Wally's dad.
Find and talk to Steven around Fortree.He will give you a
Devon Scope.
P.S. A Kecleon is blocking the way to the gym.
Use the Devon Scope.
