Make sure you have the Saphire version because lunatone is impossible to gte in Ruby.
Go to meteor falls.
It should most definetly be there.
If you can't find it, use the white flute or sweet scent; garanteed to get rare pokémon

in meteor falls

1. Go to... I think it's Fallarbor town.
2. Go to route left and down.you see little mountain.
3. Go on mountain where you can. Don't need rock smash.
4. you found tunnel. Go inside. Somewhere in this cave (meteor falls) you must met
lunatone (and lots of zubat & golbat!)
