Your two qustions:


1:Pokeblock case is at slateport contest hall.Enter.Then talk to the little girl(s).
2:Eggs.You can get them from lavradge town,and the day care.At lavridge,speak to the lady
BY the hot springs,and she will give a wynaut egg.Also,at the day care,you can get eggs.
Example:
2 Pikachus(female and Male)=Pichu.

If the day care MAN says different things, you may or may not get an egg.

The pokemon play with each other=EGG!
The Pokemon LIKE each other=Maybe
The pokemon don't seem to like each other=1 chance
The pokemon play wit others=Not a chance
