looking for it,try near slateport.when you find it train it to lv. 67.talk to guy who says
hes had 67 good lanches. he will ask if you want a ride.next you will be on the moon,walk
past 3 pillars go up the stairs and DEOXYS will be there. I recommend a lv. 30 POKEMON
with a status inflicting move like sleeppowder,thunder wave..... thats all.

to catch deoxys first u need to catch latios/ruby or latias/sapphire and train it to
lvl.67 and go to the space center in mossdeep city and the guy will say that there has
been 67 launches and about 3 seconds later you will be on the moon.walk past the asteroids
and rocks and walk up the stairs and deoxys will be there

That launch thing is fake.He only tells you the number of weeks you have been playing.In
my game, the freakin scientist says that there were 151 launches and still nothing.And
besides, once you catch deoxys on the moon, how do U get back on Earth???

The only way to get him is by nintendo event or gameshark or another cheat device.
There are no more events for gba so i guess gameshark is the only way.Sorry.

The same goes for jirachi, mew and celebi.

Well, except maybe celebi.Some players do say, that there is a glitch and you can get him
on route 121 or 123 AND that he is 3 times more rare than shiny pokemon but Im still
testing that theory.(I ve found 2 shiny Linoone but no Celebi yet, so I dont think that
works either.)
