go to safarie zone and ull find it there

u go to the safari zone,catch a (PHANPY)and evolve it,"i dont no if u gotta trade it or not but PHANPY evolves into DONPHAN!

Just go to the Safary Zone.
In order to get to the Phanpy area you must have a bike,
though I can't remember which one [ acro or match* ].
There you should be able to find a numerous amount of "Phanpys".
Train it, then it shall evolve.
[ you don't have to trade it, in order for it to evolve. ]
