ill tell you !you go to fortree city and then you go left until you find the rain you might have to go down. then you see a nerd ( scientist) battle him and it means your near then go up |

think you've found it till now, but still, this is accuratefirst,go to lilycove city.Go to the safari zone entrence and keep going left until you reach the girl who gives you iapa berries.You'll see some stairs.Go up and you'll meet a ruin maniac who says there's no enterence to the cave.The last regi(Registeel)is in that cave.You have to use fly in the middle of the cave to open the door.
