first catch a relicanth and wailmer to evolve a wailord at level 40. So you have a pokemon that learns dig.In your party slot you have release one pokemon that no HM.So relicanth is your lead slot and wailmer in final slot. And go to PACIFIDLOG TOWN and surf to the ocean current and find the sealed chamber dive spot.So you there find the braille to the rock and dive out.So there is sealed chamber your described braille in dive presently so you can dig the door by your pokemon that learn.So your in the second path of sealed chamber go to the rock that have braille so it opens in far away so you get it in route 111,in island cave and ancient tomb and catch the regis.So your pokemon have sleep attack?You get a grass type like oddish evolve it to vileplume or bellossom so you get the regis by using sleep attacks or move yawn and find gulpin an level up to highest level like 50 so cheer up you can get the regis.
