How do u read braile or wateva its called to get the legendaries? and also how do i get Latias? i no u hav to use a trapinch or a wobbafett or wateva to get him, but i gave up lookin for him for a while, and ive completed the elite 4 like thousands of times, and now he dont even appear after i won against the elite4! plz, plz, plz help!
