 to get jirachi or celebi you have to go to pacidfidlog town find the man thats looking
outside the window if he says he can see mirage island go east until you battle wynaut
keep going that direction until you see a island that only appears when the guy says he
can see mirage island go into the island find an egg then it will hatch into a jirachi or
