Walkthrough - fight legendary without it fleding

 Catch a Zubat, train the Zubat to a really high level, and DON'T lose, "Meanlook," it
prevents latios or the other 1 from escaping(reason why you got to level is becuase if
your Zubat/Goldbats speed is slow, Latios or the other 1 will Flee before you use,
"Meanlook."
