Cheats - Level 100 pokemon

Talk to the guy in Virden who teaches you how to catch pokemon then fly to cinnabar and surf up and down on the west side (you must be half on land and water) and surf up and down then a pokemon named M will appear. CATCH IT! Then use one rare candy on it. it will evolve into kangashkan on level 100!
Warning! MAY MESS UP YOUR GAME! but it worked for me.
