Glitch - mew to catch mew you have to go to cerulean city and you need an abra, beat all trainers on nugget brige then go left DONT GO DOWN not yet. ok so there is grass downwards on the right take one step down and INSTANTLY press start and teleport back to the cerulean pokecentr cross nugget brige again but go right this time (by now you will notice your start button does not work dont panic) there is a junior trainer with his back 2 a rock beat him and teleport again go to cross nugget brige as soon as the colour changes when u leve the city press start AND THEN YOU FIGHT M E W!!! he is lv 7 but u will need lots of pokeballs 2 get him. Glitch - the mew mirage is real! u want mew?here is what to do! u haf 2 have fly ok? 1.while u r in celadon buy about 10(i had five being stupid...)great balls and 10 revives and some potions drop by the pc and get a level 9 pokemon and one with sleep powder. 2.make sure u have not fought the dude above nbridge with slowpoke.go to underground path in celadon SAVE before you come out!take 2 steps down and quickley press start tell whoever to fly to cerulean and go up nbridge ur menu will be closed now OK fight the kid with slowpoke.MAY I WARN YOU THAT U MUST MAKE THEM COME TO U OR THE GAME WILL FREEZE. 3.when the battle is over fly to lavender and try to leave like u r going to saffron ur menu will pop up then press b. 4.mew will appear it will b lv.7 send out the weak pokemon and make a hit or 2 switch out with a pokemon that can make it fall asleep and use the move until it stays asleep,send out the weak one again until it is in the red it will take about 4-6 greatballs and there u go it can learn any move it only knows pound and the first move it will learn with u is transform. Secret - Mew First, you have to go to the Underground passage to Lavander then when you come out step as far away from the trainer that's staring at you with Pikachu still on the door then use Fly and go to Curulian city, but make sure that his exlmation point is up, but also make sure that he dosen't battle you or it will completlelly messed up! When you get to Curulian go on the path with the five trainers then go to the trainer in the middlenorth that says this " I had a party on the S.S Anne with my dad " or simply the one with the Slowpoke, this can also mess the secret of getting Mew. Then after battleing him Fly to Lavander town. Then go on the short path before going on the Rt. to Cleadon Just go 1 step then Save in that exact spot, then this light appears and then Mew will attack ( the cra-y part is that its only on Lv.7 ) I sware this is the exact way to get Mew! Glitch - Missigno Requested by coolman964 Go to the guy in viridian city that shows you how to catch pokemon then fly to cinibar island(where blaines gym is).Put your rare candy in the first inventory slot then surf on the left side of the island making sure you are half on land and half on water and missigno will apear. defeat it(dont catch it IT WILL MESS UP YOUR GAME BIGTIME!!!) and then you will have about 99 rare candys.This is a way of catching level 200 pokemon and fighting gayr again but he has missigno in his team. Hints - Missingno. in Pokemon yellow First, you must NOT fight the Gambler by the underground path between Lavender Town and Celedon City for this to work. And you must put the item of your choice in the sixth slot to reproduce it 99+ times.( Master ball, Rare Candy, Nugget, etc.) Stand right in front of the underground path entrance and then save the game if you mess it up, later walk down, and QUICKLY press start before the exclamation mark appears above his head. After this, FLY to Lavender Town and go into the Pokemon Tower. While there, your START button won't work, next fight a Channeler and then leave. (Note: Also you can defeat the second fisherman south in Lavender Town). You must make sure the trainer walks to get to you, or the game freezes. After defeating the trainer, your START button will work again. Head back to Lavender Town,(You can use Dig or Teleport, but still be sure the last visited Pokemon Center was the one in Lavender Town). Then go to the route where the Gambler was, and the menu will pop up. When you press B to close it, a level 7 MissingNo will appear! This MissingNo may freeze your game when it appears, and it takes some time to load the battle. PS: If the Missingno. battle still doesn't load, try this, right after defeating the trainer go to the Pokemon Center in Lavender. Go to the nurse and she will ask you if you want to heal your Pokemon, tell her NO, and now go to the route were the gambler was and Missingno. will appear. If still does not work, try and try again until it loads. (It loaded in my game the seventh time I try). After you defeat Missingno., the game will mess up. Save and turn of Gameboy. Then turn on, and the guy will ask you if you want to join the hunt. Say no and go to Cinnabar Island. Surf at the east side of the island.
