After you have gotten the fifth badge in Pokemon Yellow version where do you go to get the sixth badge?

I have Pokemon Diamond, Leafgreen, Emerald and the two Mystery Dungeon games. Is this game good, I heard it had poor quality from Serebii.net...

i have defeated the 7th trainer in cinnabar island however when i go on save game it says i only have 6 badges !

why is this ?
