go and catch a magikarp and then train it unitl it is LV.19 then it will evolve into a
gyarados

catch a damm grarados

start a fight with mgikarp and after one hand change it to a powerful pokemon at the end
the experience of magikarp will increase

give it to the daycare guy and leave but you have to pay though.

talk to fishing guru after lavender get the good rod then go to frushia city talk to the
fishin guru get the rod then go to the back and fish eventully gyarados will apper

Get a super rod on the way to fushi city and fish by the pokemon mart in fushi city and
then u should get a gyarados

fish in any water spot you like. catch a magicarp. make it as powerful as it was until it
reaches lvl. 19 or 20. it will evolve into gyrados!!!!!!!!!!!!!

on the south end of route 12 there will be a house with a fishing guru in theree you get
the super rod there then go to fushia city fish with super rod there you may catch it
"warning it might take a few hrs he is rare there and you can't find him any where else."
