why can't i go anywhere in Ripto's grand expanse? i went past the stairs to the part where theres the two hats with the moles in them, and i can't go anywhere else.can someone help me?

Must have your lightning breath.
Push hat up the stairs and against the wall where you came in. Use lightning breath
on hat to get the little moles out. Jump in hat, in a few seconds it will shot you out and
you can get to level on top of wall.
