First, when you defeat Dhaos and get back to Trinicus Morrison's house, someone will
appear using a time travel. After thet, go to Venezia City and go to the harbor. He will
tell you that you cannot go to Alvanista because it is very dangerous. Then he will tell
you about the Tech Bird researcher in the city of Euclid. After talking to the researcher,
go to the cave near Morrison's house. Then find the Spirit of Lightning, VOLT not vault!
then, when you defeat it, it will join your pact then, go back to Euclid city to give
electricity to the Tech Birds. Then..... that's all!! Now have fun and go to Alvanista!!!
