how do you pick up the trash as a goal at the end it says pick up loads of trash

I have found out that after you meet a cirtain guy all the trash dissappears. My advice is to restart the game if it is after the 100th day and restart. Or it is possible that you may have already collected all the trash and it should comeback at the stroke of mid-night.
