My name is Michael Sarich, and I am 17 years old. I work full time in a local

in-depth look into the world of gaming, through trade events and access to
suppliers and reps involved in the industry.
[2]: The Story Behind This Guide
--------------------------------------------------
When I got Yu-Gi-Oh - Reshef Of Destruction, I thought, "This would be a good
game to write a guide for". So, I got typing. Now, it's here. Enjoy.

| Version 1.6GU | I really need to pay more attention to my FAQ'ing or |

[2]: Deulling
--------------------------------------------------
You and your opponent take turns. You may hold up to five cards in your hand.
If you have 5 cards in your hand, you cannot draw a sixth. You automatically
draw a card at the start of each turn.
You can do the following things in your turn:
- Draw a card
- Play Magic, Trap or Ritual cards (up to 5)
- Place ONE monster on the field
- Tribute monsters (as many as you want)
- Attack/Defend with each monster
You can summon a monster up to level 4 without any tribute, but a level 5 or 6
monster requires one tribute, a level 7 or 8 monster requires 2, and any other
monster requires 3.
There are 3 types of monster card
Gold: A normal monster card
Bronze: Effect Card. Can attack, defend and be tributed, but also has an
effect. Note, effects can only be used when the card is face down.
Blue: Requires a special ritual to be summoned. Obelisk The Tormentor is
an exception (why?)

Ritual Cards (Blue) are used to summon a particular monster which cannot
usually be summoned.
Magic Cards (Green) have a special effect, for example powering up a monster,
or revealing your foes hand.
Trap Cards (Pink) have an effect if your opponent attacks you and his/her
monster fits the requirements. The trap is activated
automatically.
Monsters have both an attack and defense value. If you attack a monster that is
in attack mode, the monster with the highest attack points will win (unless
either monster has a summon advantage). If you attack a defending monster, and
your attack points are higher, you will win. If the foes defense points are
higher, you will lose Life Points.
[3]: Summon Types
--------------------------------------------------
In the game, there are several different summon types. Each has advantages,
and disadvantages. If a monster has an advantage over another, it will always
win, even if the foe is stronger.
Table 3: Summon Types
____________________________________________
/ Summon | Advantage | Disadvantage \

| Aqua | Pyro | Thunder |
| Divine | - | - |
| Dreams | Shadow | Fiend |
| Earth | Thunder | Wind |
| Fiend | Dreams | Light |
| Forest | Wind | Pyro |
| Light | Fiend | Shadow |
| Pyro | Forest | Aqua |
| Shadow | Light | Dreams |
| Thunder | Aqua | Earth |
| Wind | Earth | Forest |
|______________|______________|______________|
For example, if the The Bewitching Phantom Thief (Dreams){700,700} attacked
Doma The Angel Of Silence (Shadow){1600,1400), It would win, even though it is
against a monster twice its size.

[1]: Clock Tower Square
--------------------------------------------------
You start out in your room, and Joey are examining your deck. You are waiting
for Yugi so you can all get on the Duel Express. Yugi bursts in telling you
that the Millenium Puzzle is gone, along with the spirit inside.
Once you leave your room, you will meet Tea. She is shocked, but then Ishizu -
who overheard your conversation - will tell you that all the Millenium Items
have dissapeared, which he believes is a result of Reshef's ressurection. You
learn that the Egyptian God Cards have been turned to stone, and you need the
power of the Millenium Items to restore them to their former glory.
Talk to Tea, and she will tell you that the Duel express will stop at the
Egyptian Exhibit, and is leaving soon. Dont panic, it won't leave until you're
ready. Check out all the other duelists, and go to the card shop to battle Yugi
and Joey inside and Tristain and Duke outside.
In the card shop is an orange machine. For 1000 Domino, you can enter a card
code, which makes the card available for purchase at the counter. For card
codes, see the Card Database.
Head over to Kaiba Corp, and you will find Rebecca challenging Kaiba to a duel.
To prove she is worthy of challenging him, Kaiba tells Rebecca to beat him
first. She is actually pretty difficult, so do her last. Once you beat her, the
duel machine inside the building is accessable.
[2]: Domino Station
--------------------------------------------------
When the guard asks if you are duelists, say no, and duel the guy in the yellow
pants for another card. Then, go back to Clock Tower Square, come back, and
answer yes. The two guards wish to tag duel, so you must choose a partner -
eithe Yugi or Joey. Whoever you choose, they will win, but be more concerned
about you. This guy is no simple match.
Once you have defeated him, walk into the station. PaniK will walk into the
station behind you, and get on the train. Duel the deulists on the platform,
then go over to the guard near the train.
To get the train moving, you need to talk to the two duelists in the carriage,
and then the guard to the left. Now, duel the two duellists, and the the guard
to the left. Upon defeat, he will grant you access to the next car.
Once you are in the next car, PaniK will arrive. Conveniently the train enters a
dark tunnel, hence powering up his deck. If you head into the left car, you can
duel the two young girls for some cards, and a boosted deullist level.
Duel the guy on the platform, and then head up the stairs.
[3]: The Egyptian Exhibition
--------------------------------------------------
Follow PaniK, who pushes his way past the guards, and talk to the guy standing
in front of the door. As you enter, you will see PaniK fainting. The other guy
is a Millenium Item keeper, who you must defeat to obtain the Millenium
Necklace. When you obtain the Millenium Nacklace, you and Yugi both have a
vision - Yami watching the world's destruction. Yugi instructs you to go and see
Ishizu, back at Clock Tower Square.
As you leave the basement, you will have to listen to Kaiba's speech before
heading back to Clock Tower Square. When you talk to Ishizu, a guy in a purple
cape will challenge yo to a duel. Upon his defeat, he will give you an
invitation on behalf of his master, Sol Chevalski. Place the card in your
duel disk to view the vidoe stored on it.
Ishizu tells you that the next Millenium Item on on board a cruise ship at the
Domino Pier.
[4]: Domino Pier
--------------------------------------------------
Challenge Takeshi (Romeo) to a duel before heading onto the ship, and relieve
him of his ante card. Talk to Mai, and she will ask you to defeat Jean Claude
Magnum. Once you have, talk to her again, and she will tell you of a mysterious
cargo, and the waiter blocking the way will move. You should also duel the girl
standing near the door.
In the cargo hold, you will find another Millenium Item Keeper, who you must
duel to obtain the Millenium Key. Go back to Ishizu to show her the Millenium
Key, which will revive Slifer The Sky Dragon. Ishizu offers the card to Yugi,
but he thinks the card would be better off with you (Oh i suppose I could take
it!). Now Ishizu sends your trio off to the catacombs in Italy.
[5]: Italy
--------------------------------------------------
Once the elderly couple have finished their conversation, head to the next
screen, and talk to Bonz. He will challenge you, and once you have defeated him,
Bandit Keith, Strings and Rare Hunter a.k.a the Neo Ghouls come and Bandit
Keith establishes himself as the leader.
After they leave, Bonz will lead you to the room where the Millenium Ring is
kept. Defeat the Millenium Item Keeper, and go back to see Ishizu.
[6]: China
--------------------------------------------------
Ishizu tells you that Bandit Keith is also looking for the Millenium Items. He
sends you off to the Great Wall in China.
A guy will talk to you. Walk to the right, and talk to the other guy. Joey
suspects something. Talk to the guy you first saw, and duel him. Once you have
defeated him, he will call his brother, and challenge you to a tag duel. Kaiba
comes along at the convenient time, and offers to help you. You need to choose
whether to duel Para or Dox.
After defeating you chosen opponent, head over the wall where Dox was. The
Millenium Item Keeper is inside this room. Relieve him of the Millenium Eye.
Head back to Ishizu at the Clock Tower Square. You will learn that Sol is
actually Maximillian Pegasus. Ishizu ressurects Obelisk The Tormentor, but it
chooses Kaiba as its bearer. Tristan approaces you, and informs Joey that
Serenity wishes to see the Kaibaman Show. So Joey must take her, and you and
Yugi decide to tag along.
[7]: Kaibaman Show
--------------------------------------------------
After you sit down, the Big Bad Five come on stage, and you end up having to
duel against them. After the duel, you witness some pretty rare monsters, and
then it's back to work; and Ishizu.
[8]: Canada
--------------------------------------------------
Two of the three excavation workers will duel you, so get some cards from them.
Now enter the cave and speak to the guy in the middle. Once you have defeated
his dino-deck, he will let you pass further into the cave.
Here you will find the Millenium Item Keeper who is guarding the Millenium
Rod. After you defeat him, go back to Ishizu.
[9]: Galapagos Islands
--------------------------------------------------
As you journey further into the jungle, Weevil is walking around collecting
insects. You can battle him, but he is not easy. I reccomend using a Pyro
Summon (did someone say Slifer The Sky Dragon?)
As you continue, you see Yami collecting the Millenium Scale. He asks you for
your items, but Yugi sees through his disguise, and reveals Mimic. Now you must
duel him for the Millenium Item. Upon defeat, head back to Ishizu.
Slifer The Sky Dragon looses its power, and turns back to stone. It seems
imperitive that Kaiba's Obelisk The Tormentor would also be turned to stone.
Ishizu asks you to search for Kaiba, while she recovers the most powerful
Millenium Item; The Millenium Puzzle.
[10]: The Neo Ghouls
--------------------------------------------------
Look in the first place you would expect Kaiba to be (Kaiba Corp). After he
leaves, walk up, and see two Neo Ghouls harassing two duellists. Defeat them
to scare them off. At the Noth-Eastern area of Clock Tower Square is a
duellist trying to take on a Neo Ghoul. He fails, and falls unconcious. If
you talk to him, a Neo Ghoul will come and challenge you. There are other Neo
Ghouls all around Clock Tower Square.
When you get to where Ishizu normally is, you will see a Neo Ghoul summon
Exodia, and defeat a group of deullists. Help them out by defeating him, and
they will tell you that the Neo Ghouls have overrun Domino Station, and taken
Ishizu with them.
You will have to get some help.
Firstly find Mai an the Cruise Ship at Domino Pier. Next, Weevil in China,
followed by Rex in Canada. Find Mako in the Galapagos Islands, and Bonz in
Italy.
Now head back to Clock Tower Square where Espa will ask you to finish off the
remaining Neo Ghouls. Out the front of Kaiba Corp, you will find Rare Hunter.
You and your posse will follow him into the Kaibaman show, and you will have to
defeat him while Espa defeats the Big Bad Five.
Espa confirms that Ishizu is at the Rgyptian Exhibit, but you must go via Domino
Station and the Duel Express. Once on board the Duel Express, defeat the first
Neo Ghoul, and the train will start moving. Continue through to the front of the
train, which will stop when you defeat the third Neo Ghoul.
Once on the platform, defeat the Neo Ghouls blocking the stairs. Then you need
to defeat one of the two blocking the entrance to the exhibit. Continue down to
find Ishizu. Bandit Keith will challenge you, and once you defeat him, Slifer
The Sky Dragon will regain power, Yugi will regain the Millenium Puzzle, and you
will obtain The Winged Dragon Of Ra (Sphere Mode).
Bandit Keith becomes controlled by Reshef the dark being, and smashes Yugi's
Millenium Puzzle into pieces. Para comes along and steals a piece.
Dox kidnaps Mokuba, and force Kaiba to come to Sols Castle. You must find
Paradox to learn to location of Sol's Castle. A Millenium Guard will come
forth and inform you that Paradox is located in China
[11]: Meeting Paradox
--------------------------------------------------
When you enter China, Paradox tells you that Ra cannot help you at Pegasus
Castle, so you must find someone who can activate it.
Go back to Clock Tower Square, and Ishizu tells you that the only two capable
of such a feat are Kaiba and her brother Marik who lives in Egypt.
As you arrive in Egypt, Odion welcomes you, and tells you that he cannot allow
you to interupt Marik. If you choose the first option, Marik will command Odion
to let you in, if you choose the second, Odion will duel you. I prefer the
second, because you can get an ante card.
Marik agrees to help you if you are worthy, and you can guess how he plans to
check that! Defeat him, and he will ressurect The Winged Dragon Of Ra's Battle
Mode.
Now go back to Paradox. He will challenge you to a game. Follow him, and
battle the guard. He will give you an ante card, plus a Kuriboh. As you continue
right, you will be on the same screen, and see the same guard. You must beat
him five times and obtain in order Kuriboh, Time Wizard, Giant Soldier Of
Stone, Celtic Guardian and Curse Of Dragon. Then proceed to the next room.
He will ask you which card came first (Kuriboh), and which card last (Curse Of
Dragon). Then, you must duel him. He will open the magic sheild surrounding
Pegasus Island, and give you the location.
If you wish, head to the Card Shop and enter the code 51404976 into the Password
Terminal. Then return to Egypt and inform Odion that you have discovered the
secret to The Winged Dragon Of Ra's Phoenix Mode.
The Winged Dragon Of Ra (Phoenix Mode) has two effects. It can wipe out every
monster on the foes field in exchange for 1,000LP, and it summons The Winged
Dragon Of Ra (Battle Mode) when it is sent to the graveyard.
Restore your life points, and head for Pegasus Island.
[12]:Pegasus Island
--------------------------------------------------
When you enter the cable car, a minion drops down from the roof. You must defeat
him (he has 10,000LP), and then two more drop, which you must defeat in
succession. Once you have defeated the third minion, the cable car grinds to a
halt.
Upon exiting the cable car, PaniK and Mimic Of Doom arrive, and you must
choose your opponent. Joey will duel the other one. Upon their defeat, PaniK
and Mimic Of Doom will refuse to move. Joey decides to challenge them both
himself, and urges you and Yugi to continue without him. I recommend heading
to Clock Tower Square and replenishing your LP before entering the Dungeon.
[13]: The Dungeon
--------------------------------------------------
It doesn't matter whether you go left or right, but as you reach the top, Para
and Dox appear. When you defeat them, they refuse to let you leave, so Yugi
decides to fight alone. Now you are solo.
[14]: Pegasus Castle
--------------------------------------------------
As you try to enter the castle, Paradox appears and tells you that you need
five spirit cards from your friends to aid you in passing through the labyrinth.
You must find Bonz, Espa, Mai, Mako, Rex and Weevil, who will give you Pumpking
The King Of Ghosts, Jinzo, Harpie Lady, The Legendary Fisherman, Two-Headed King
Rex and Insect Queen respectively.
You can then head back to Pegasus Castle. You will come across Chevalsky's
servants disguised as your allies. First Bonz, then Rex, followed by Weevil,
Mako, Espa and Mai.
After defeating them, head up and see Kaiba defeat a minion using his Blue
Eyes White Dragon. Mokuba enters, and appears to be under mind control, and
challenges Kaiba to a duel. Seto being a good brother refuses to harm Mokuba,
so you must duel her. Upon her defeat, Kaiba agrees to give you Obelisk The
Tormentor - once you have defeated him in a duel.
Kaiba's deck comprises of mostly ***** + monsters including Blue Eyes White
Dragon, so try to counter each monster he plays.
[15]: The Final Battles
--------------------------------------------------
As you enter the next chamber, Sol congratulates you for getting that far. But
you must still duel him, and he has 20,000LP! Try to minimise the monsters on
his side of the field, and beware of Change Of Heart, which turns one of your
monsters into an ally. Upon his defeat, Reshef appears
Now, Yugi, Joey and Kaiba use their most powerful monsters to weaken him. Now
you must duel him and hack through 40,000LP!
Once you have defeated him, you can watch the ending sequence. Ishizu wants to
seal the Egyptian God Cards up to prevent another rise of Reshef.
