To get Obelisk The Tormentor you must be able to have the Green Millennium Puzzle
unlocked. After that. you can receive Obelisk.
Ra:
The Ra God card can only be obtained by getting it in the Monthly Yu-Gi-Oh! Magazine.
Slifer The Sky Dragon:
To get Slifer The Sky Dragon God card, unlock the Golden Millennium Puzzle Booster Pack.
You will eventually get it.
