Once you enter the dark world and get the magic hammer you can get the flute. In the
light world there is a grove of trees with a magical flute player sitting on a tree stump
in the middle surrounded by an ***ortment of animals. Go to that same grove in the dark
world (southeast of the village) and talk to the flute player, who has been turned into an
aardvark. He will lend you his shovel to find the flute. Use the magic mirror to reenter
the light world. Start digging with the shovel. You can only dig in certain areas, such
as gr*** and soft dirt. You cannot dig in rocks, water, shadows, or right next to trees.
Good luck. The flute is in the grove, you just gotta dig it out.
