I did equip 5 Purple, 5 orange Items but still not get the those medals...

Any suggestion please?

- 5 purple items are: Finger cuffs, Judge (sword), Champion (fist), Mammoth (outfit), Loah
(pants)
- 5 orange items are: Kiss me, Ghenghis Khan, Nuclear Punch, Super stylish, Readiness
(pants)

Sorry, I count Armor as 1 item (top and pants = 1 armor set item)

To get the medal all the items you have equipped (ring, necklace, gauntlet, sword, armor
top and pants) have to be the same color item. So for the purple set you have there,
you're missing the necklace, and for the orange set, you're missing the ring.

Purple necklaces: Fortune (lvl. 50) & Bling-Bling (lvl. 35)
Orange ring: 777 (lvl. 45)

Happy hunting, I got those from estimating sealed items.

I thought that there are not purple Necklaces and Orange ring.

Now I'm on my way hunting them...
