Is this normal or bug?


First of all sorry if this contains spoilers to some.
I am at level 70, already have killed Reemu, and now I'm killing his five powers.
The problem is, I'm not gaining experience anymore, from the monsters and minibosses of the five powers missions, not even from Oberon when getting the reward experience. In a matter of fact he rewards me normally but the experience bar is not moving even a little bit. Is this nomal during this phase of the game or am I getting a great bug?

Because the most level in caligo chaser was 70 so it cannot go anymore
