Use the "Word of Mouth" hiring. After all your spots are filled, get the best possible hiring you have. When going to hire someone and it tells you that you have to fire someone, fire whoever and pay nothing! No money will come out of your account; perfect for new games.

By completing certain objectives in the game, you'll unlock special awards and titles.

When choosing Genre and Type, get to the point in which you pick an employee. Press BACK and you can see the result of your Genre/Type combo without making a game. Use this to find a great combo.

When choosing Genre and Type, get to the point in which you pick an employee. Press BACK and then choose OK on the Game Direction screen. Now you'll be allowed to pick an employee again, but there's no PREV symbol anymore. This means you can use the employee an infinite amount of times in a given job.

Employ the "Word of Mouth" hiring until your spots are filled. When you get the message about firing someone, fire someone and you won't lose money from your account.

Select a combination of Genre & Type and continue until you are prompted to pick an employee to make a scenario. Press "back" on the bottom right. Now you can see the result of the combination of Genre and Type, without the need to create a game, allowing you to search for "Amazing!" combinations.

This glitch removes the "PREV" symbol so you can use a specific employee an unlimited number of times to do a certain job of game making (scenario, graphics, sound). When you are going to make a game and you are prompted to pick an employee to pick a scenario, press "back" on the bottom right. Now tap "ok" again on the "Game Direction" window and you'll be prompted to pick the employee again. You'll notice that no employee has the PREV symbol anymore. That's it!
